2. Next, if Cityscape Car Rental operates in your country, the app or website will prompt you to join. Accept the program terms and select Join Now.
3. If not, go to your Account, select Cityscape Car Rental, and then click Join Now.
4. Once you join, your membership becomes active immediately. Then, we'll email your status tier and a complete overview of your membership benefits directly to your inbox.

Please note: Cityscape Car Rental currently welcomes U.S. residents only. However, we plan to expand the program to additional countries soon.

Cityscape Car Rental rewards you with two types of points for every qualifying rental: status points and rental points. First, status points help you unlock higher membership tiers: Gold (2,000+), Platinum (4,000+), and Diamond (6,000+). As you move up, each tier increases your rental point earnings by +10% (Gold), +20% (Platinum), and +30% (Diamond).

Additionally, you earn both status and rental points based on your spending on the base rate, mileage, and protection. If you pay in another currency, Cityscape Car Rental converts your spending into Euros using the exchange rate from your invoicing date. Then, we credit your points to your account within 48 hours.

To redeem your rental points, simply log into your Cityscape Car Rental account. Next, make your booking selections and review your points on the "Review Your Booking" page. After that, choose how many points you want to redeem and enjoy instant savings.

Finally, please note that you cannot combine rental points with vouchers, business rentals, or partner rewards.

First, qualifying rentals are rentals that earn you both status points and rental points.

Specifically, qualifying rentals include car and truck rentals booked for pickup at participating Cityscape Car Rental locations through:

• The Cityscape Car Rental app
• www.cityscapecarrental.com
• Approved third-party sites for business rentals when you include your member ID

However, some rentals do not qualify for points. For example, rentals booked for pickup at non-participating Cityscape Car Rental locations or the following rental types are not eligible:

• Replacement rentals
• Long-term rentals (28 days or longer)
• Cityscape Car Rental Plus, Cityscape Car Rental Ride, and Cityscape Car Rental Share

Cityscape Car Rental follows a calendar-year approach for status and points. Therefore, your membership progress remains simple and easy to track.

Your status remains active until the end of the following year after you achieve it. For example, if you reach Gold in March 2026, you will keep that status tier until December 2027.

Status Points

• First, status points remain valid until the end of the year in which you earn them.
• Then, we deduct any expired points from your balance once each year.

Rental Points

• Similarly, rental points remain valid for 24 months from the end of the quarter in which you earn them.
• Finally, we deduct expired rental points from your balance every quarter.

Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members enjoy exclusive discounts when logged in and booked via cityscapecarrental.com or the Cityscape Car Rental app. Member discounts can only be applied to qualifying personal car and truck rentals and can be used in combination with redeeming rental points.

Note: Member discounts cannot be used for business bookings or combined with other promotional offers.

As a Cityscape Car Rental member, you can choose to earn rental points either with Cityscape Car Rental or a partner program. After enrolling, your account defaults to earning Cityscape Car Rental points. To earn partner rewards instead, simply update your preference in the Cityscape Car Rental section of your account. Changes will automatically apply to all future rentals; partner rewards cannot be awarded retroactively for bookings that have already earned you rental points.

Good news: You still get Cityscape Car Rental status points on qualifying rentals, even when earning partner rewards.
